Joe Forgét, President
As President and a founding partner of Technetium Creative, Joe Forgét is responsible for overseeing operations, business development and the strategic planning of all aspects of the agency, including marketing plans, annual budgets and revenue goals. He has established solid business relationships with local, national and international companies during the process of helping them achieve their marketing and branding objectives.
Forgét brings a valuable depth of experience in both business administration and marketing to Technetium Creative. During his eight years at Recoton Corporation - which was an $800 million manufacturer and distributor of consumer electronics products under such brand names as Acoustic Research and JENSEN - Forgét advanced from Product Marketing Manager to Director of Business Planning.
Duties during his tenure at Recoton included forecasting and planning, budgeting, marketing product management, channel marketing, retail sales, and research and development of audio/video accessory products. His marketing programs, creative graphics packages and ability to build successful relationships within the highly competitive consumer electronics industry often exceeded corporate expectations and revenue goals.
A native of Albany, N.Y., Forgét graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Finance dual major with a minor in Economics.
Forgét is a board member on the Executive Committee of Orlando Business Journal's Executive Advisory Board Exchange. He also is on the Board of Directors of the Central Florida Economic Cooperative - a business-run organization based in Altamonte Springs, Fla. - where he serves as Treasurer. Technetium Creative is an initial member company of the cooperative.
Active membership in other business community organizations includes the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission and Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of the Chamber's Leadership Orlando Class 67.
Industry affiliations include the American Advertising Federation - Orlando, and the Central Florida chapter of the American Marketing Association.
Forgét is an Eagle Scout and Chairman of the Marketing Subcommittee of the Long-range Strategic Planning Committee of the Central Florida Council Boy Scouts of America. He also is actively involved with his fraternity, Phi Kappa Psi. Chris Folsom, VP of Brand Development
Because creating a brand identity that resonates with consumers or customers is critical to the success of any product, company or organization, Chris Folsom brings the perfect combination of talent and industry experience to this key position. A founding partner of Technetium Creative, Folsom is responsible for client brand planning and overall messaging strategies, and also serves as Creative Director.
Building brands for more than 14 years, Folsom has been integral in the development of such well-known names as Alienware, Acoustic Research, Audiovox, GameShark, Home Décor, JENSEN and NYKO. His design acumen enables Folsom to determine the visual vocabulary that best conveys the brand image he crafts for each client - including such solutions as custom-designed packaging. Folsom also ensures that branding initiatives are applied seamlessly throughout the entire brand to establish a unique identity that inspires the target demographic to heed the client's call-to-action.
Born in Central Florida, Folsom graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. He served in the U.S. Army's famed 82nd Airborne Division.
Deeply involved with the region's business community, Folsom is a board member on the Executive Committee of Orlando Business Journal's Executive Advisory Board Exchange, as well as the Central Florida Economic Cooperative. He is a member of the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission, and a graduate of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Orlando Class 68.
Folsom gives back to the Central Florida community through his involvement with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Volusia/Flagler Counties.

Always staying well ahead of the creative curve, John Seaver successfully anticipates - and meets - the rapid introductions of new graphic design and digital media technologies. A founding partner of Technetium Creative, Seaver's responsibilities as Vice President of Creative include driving client graphic creation, creative development and positioning.
Seaver has made developing innovative solutions a priority throughout his 20 years of experience in the graphic design field, having designed award-winning creative work for such clients as Acoustic Research, Boyz II Men, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Encore Software, Foundation for Orange County Public schools, myregion.org and Ubisoft, among many others.
As Senior Designer for a major corporation with a diverse product line and worldwide presence, Seaver created designs for print ads, collateral, packaging, tradeshow booths and signage, retail POP and experiential marketing pieces. During his tenure there, Seaver's work in producing high-impact promotional videos using digital technology exclusively advanced the use of digital-only video production.
Since then, he has kept current with progress in digital video technology to create pieces that combine visual and voice narratives to tell compelling stories that convey the client's message. With Technetium Creative's emphasis on developing integrated marketing strategies, Seaver is combining video production with progressive Web 2.0 design to deliver an immersive online brand experience.
A Central Florida native, Seaver graduated from Flagler College with a double Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Design. He is involved in activities that support his children's schools and his family's place of worship. Mike Brown, Director of Account Services
Mike Brown leads the Account Services team to deliver the highest level of service for clients while driving the new business development of our organization. His thorough knowledge of the sales process, excellent relationship-building skills and overall positive team attitude represent the perfect combination of experience and dynamic energy. He is passionate about delivering unsurpassed customer service, having directed various sales groups to provide excellent support to large accounts during all phases of his career.
As an Account Executive for Orlando Business Journal, Brown handled such advertisers as Bogin, Munns & Munns; Don Bell Signs; Gray Robinson; Morgan & Morgan and Palm Beach Atlantic. His proactive approach in this position ensured that each account received conscientious attention and value-added services.
This above-and-beyond commitment to customer service allowed Brown to continually exceed his quota and sales, earning him recognition as one of the top salespeople in the United States for American City Business Journals - the nation's largest publisher of metropolitan business newspapers and parent company of Orlando Business Journal.
Brown's experience in newspaper advertising sales also includes the Daytona Beach News Journal and Burlington Free Press, Burlington, Vt. While at the latter publication, he was named Salesman of the Month and implemented marketing campaigns in addition to managing major accounts and activating new business. Among his achievements at Daytona Beach News Journal, Brown was named Top Producer for 10 months, and met deadlines as often as twice a day.
An internship for the Portland Sea Dogs (AA Florida Marlins) as Advertising Manager in Group Sales and the position of Manager for Olympia Sports in St. Albans, Vt., gave Brown a solid sports marketing background. He expanded his experience in this area by creating and hosting a national basketball website, www.hoopconnection.com, which features athlete profiles, and information on and links to camps, training and tournaments.
Born in Springfield, Vt., Brown received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Green Mountain College, Poultney, Vt.
Brown is Chairperson of Athlete Connections, Inc. - a non-profit 501(c)3 organization designed to assist university student athletes in their transition from athletics to the workforce. He is Project Coordinator for Hands On Orlando, a non-profit organization that provides volunteers for numerous community programs, and is a volunteer for the Central Florida YMCA.
Brown is the recipient of the 2008 Florida Sales Rally Star of the Year award presented by Orlando Business Journal for outstanding performance in 2007. Jennifer Johnson, Account Executive
Although the creative team is typically considered essential to the success of an advertising/marketing agency, the role of the account executive is equally crucial. Jennifer Johnson provides the in-depth experience, superior "people skills" and attention to detail this position demands in managing the day-to-day communication and project flow with our clients.
Ensuring accurate and timely coordination of client deliverables, Johnson is accomplished at keeping projects on track and on budget. In her interactions with clients, Johnson listens carefully to their objectives and clearly communicates Technetium Creative's plan of action for achieving them. Keeping clients informed of progress and scheduling meetings at key stages during the project to review drafts and proofs are other ways in which Johnson delivers exceptional client service.
Acting as the liaison between clients and the creative team, she accurately conveys each client's directions to all involved with the project to achieve results that meet the client's aesthetic and branding goals. Johnson also communicates with all creative team members and vendors on a regular basis to be sure the project is progressing on schedule.
Johnson's industry experience includes responsibility for managing the marketing programs for several luxury hospitality organizations, including The Westin New York at Times Square; Eagle Ridge Golf Resort and Spa in Galena, Ill.; Downtown Disney Resort Area Hotels, Orlando; Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club & Lodge, Orlando; and Chateau on the Lake Resort & Spa, Branson, Mo.
Born in Miami, Johnson is that rarest of individuals: a native Floridian. She grew up in Altamonte Springs and currently lives in Lake Mary. Johnson attended Seminole Community College, where she studied Business, and the University of Central Florida.
Johnson was awarded Associate of the Month/April 2003 by Orlando Marriott, Lake Mary; and the 2003 Marriott Spirit to Serve Annual Award. She is an active member of her church's choir and family life committee. Lori Henderson, Art Director
Responsible for creating projects from concept to completion, Lori Henderson's ability to literally see the big picture - and bring it to life through her work - makes her a valuable member of the Technetium Creative team and an essential element in implementing our Atomic Brand Strategy in Print Design.
Henderson creates the full range of marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, direct mail pieces and tradeshow materials - each representing the graphics and layout designed to most effectively deliver the client's desired call-to-action. She also produces multimedia presentations with a professional edge, and achieves flawless photography effects through her strong knowledge of procedures utilizing various programs and equipment for scanning and photo clean-up.
Proficient in most computer software applications and techniques to create and integrate graphics for both Mac and PC platforms, Henderson combines her artistic and technical capacities with a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach to every project.
Henderson's professional experience includes technical illustration, exhibit design, digital printing, vehicle wraps and Web development. Working on a proactive, collaborative basis with marketing directors, publishers, promotional managers, photo agencies, printing companies and warehouses has given her a comprehensive perspective on print design that few others in the industry can equal.
Henderson has created memorable, effective marketing collateral for the luxury hospitality industry, including such properties as Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, and Longboat Key Club & Resort.
A native of Springfield, Mass., Henderson received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, Va.
Henderson's commitment to staying current with advances in technologies and software involves attending training programs, including the Manager and Assistant Manager Training Program, Compugraphic Computer Graphic Typesetting Program, Total Quality Systems Business Training and Photoshop Training Class.
Her community involvement work earned Henderson a Certificate of Appreciation - American Red Cross, Madison Marshall County Chapter, and a Poster Award for Employment of the Handicapped. Professional recognition includes an Award of Excellence for Drawing Exhibition.

Eric Owens is responsible for Technetium Creative's advantage in designing, developing, deploying and supporting custom digital marketing solutions for our clients built around Technetium's proprietary ProCommerce Solution - a dynamic content management system (CMS) that empowers clients to establish an online presence that builds and extends their brand image.
Owens' talent for creative problem-solving in Web-based environments began to be exercised during his college career, when he took on freelance graphic design and Web site editing work to help meet expenses.
His professional experience includes the position of Webmaster at a marketing firm in York, Pa., where he developed, maintained and updated the Web sites for 60 clients, guided clients through the design process, built internal applications and provided IT support.
In keeping with his proactive approach to providing total Web solutions, Owens initiated and developed an advanced backup system for the firm. He also created an application for tracking the time, contacts, meetings and other activities of sales representatives to provide the district manager a quantifiable means of measuring the effectiveness of their efforts toward determining individual salaries.
Upon moving to Florida, Owens took the position of Online Project Leader for Harcourt Education, a global education company serving students and teachers in PreK through grade 12 and adult learners. While there, he coordinated the Web development of all Harcourt companies. Duties included managing the jobs of programmers as they modified company Web sites, internal application developments, overseeing the addition of new features and making "bug" fixes.
Owens' academic experience provides a unique perspective to the educational and interpersonal communications aspects of his Web development work. As a seventh grade math teacher at Kathleen Middle School in Lakeland, Fla., he helped to raise the test scores of his students. During his tenure there, Owens was the school's Webmaster, redesigning the Web site for easy use and navigation by a wide range of users.
In addition to his strong professional background, Owens' experience in many Web and application programming languages makes him a valuable asset to Technetium Creative - as does his proven search engine optimization (SEO) ability, which provides client's Web sites with optimal high positions and visibility in search engine rankings.
Owens was born in Scranton, Pa. He is a graduate of King's College, Wilkes-Barre, Pa., where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Media Technologies, with a Minor in Computer Information Systems focusing on Web, Computer Security and Programming.

Every business, brand and product has a story. As an integral member of our creative team, Denise Salvaggio identifies the essence of each, then shapes and effectively conveys that story to its specific target market. She writes compelling copy for collateral materials, Web sites, packaging, POP displays, promotional videos and print advertising.
Her career as a professional writer includes the fields of agency and corporate copywriting, as well as journalism - all of which inform Salvaggio's ability to customize every message in the voice that best speaks to the demographic the client needs to reach.
Salvaggio's agency experience includes writing for such industries as consumer electronics, hospitality, public utilities, biometrics, IT, beverage, construction, finance, software, staffing, and health and fitness.
She was corporate copywriter for consumer electronics manufacturer Recoton Corporation, where her responsibilities included ad concepts and copy for print, radio and TV, collateral materials, product packaging, user manuals, retail POP and trade show displays. Salvaggio also worked with the Marketing and Web departments to provide content for branded Web sites, and wrote online training modules and Power Point presentations used by retail sales associates throughout the United States.
Other duties included writing press releases for Recoton's accessories lines, speechwriting and producing Mobile Quarterly/Home Quarterly, a four-color magazine-style publication for national distribution to Recoton sales representatives.
As a reporter for the Orlando Sentinel, Salvaggio specialized in lifestyle trends, residential design, real estate and consumer products - which she continued to cover as a writer for Orlando and Orlando Home Design magazines.
A native of New Orleans, La., Salvaggio grew up in Orlando. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

The professionally designed curriculum provides step-by-step audio instruction in a series of CDs. Client's goal: To undergo a complete rebranding to raise the profile of TalkingTabs and Play-It-Now Tunes in the marketplace while conveying the message that its audio-only instruction method is easy enough to be successfully learned by anyone motivated to play guitar.
